Sometimes it's important...

...to recognize when things aren't quite right.

This picture brings into full focus what isn't right.















Who's the mean two-toned hair-colored girl in the middle? Why does it look like she wants to throw up? The food? People touching her?

I'll explain this much: this was at the beginning (or near the beginning) of our semester in Ireland. These people would become some of my favorites, but, according to the picture, I don't think I'd picked up on that yet.

oh yes...first impressions are only good enough only to laugh at in retrosepction as long as you got a second impression or more...infact, was doing that today myself... hoho!

aside from the fact that my face is deadpan, the scariest part of this photo is that I have dead eyes. They are expressionless.

I agree that I missing the Elaine Factor, but I also hope that someone took the picture when I wasn't ready (although the fact that I'm staring directly into the lens, er soul, of the person taking the photo might dissuade people from believing this).
